Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will originate, develop and close high-value opportunities while leading and mentoring the sales team, shaping propositions and building a robust pipeline in a remote-first UK market.

Qualifications

• Experience selling complex, high-value environmental or sustainability propositions.
• Track record of developing new markets and shaping commercial models.
• Ability to coach and build a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Originate, develop and close significant opportunities.
• Lead and develop the Natural Capital sales team.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting and reporting.
• Build propositions that align customer needs with commercial value.
• Negotiate and close business with senior decision-makers.
• Travel across the UK as required in a remote-first setup.
