Job summary

Open Partners is looking for an Influencer & Creator Associate Partner to lead and scale influencer campaigns across our client roster from Manchester. This role sits in a collaborative Social & Influencer team, bridging creative, paid media, PR, content and client leadership to deliver creator-first strategies.

You will oversee end-to-end campaigns, build strong creator relationships, manage contracts and budgets, and ensure brand safety and compliance while staying ahead of trends across

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on influencer marketing or creator partnerships experience.
• Deep knowledge of creator agreements, licensing terms, usage rights and ASA/CAP.
• Ability to translate culture and trends into creative strategy.
• Experience collaborating across PR, paid social, and creative teams.
• Familiarity with influencer discovery tools and social listening platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Lead day-to-day management of creator campaigns from strategy to reporting.
• Creator-First Strategy: Develop and pitch creative strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
• Integrated Performance Amplification: Collaborate with paid social and creative teams for paid amplification.
• Talent Relations & Commercial Rigour: Manage creator contracts, licensing, usage rights and budgets with legal and client teams.
• Creative Guidance & Brand Safety: Brief and guide talent, ensure quality and ASA/CAP compliance.
• Cultural Relevance & Trend Scouting: Monitor internet moments and platforms to pitch agile opportunities.
