Open Partners is seeking an Influencer & Creator Associate Partner to lead and scale influencer and creator propositions across our client roster. You will craft creator-first strategies that drive brand fame, audience engagement and measurable results across paid and organic channels.

You will collaborate with creative, paid media, PR, content and client leadership, managing end-to-end campaigns and nurturing creator partnerships to deliver compelling campaigns with strong business impact.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships.
• Strong working knowledge of creator agreements, licensing terms, usage rights and advertising compliance (ASA/CAP).
• Ability to translate culture and trends into creator campaigns and provide clear creative direction.

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: manage creator campaigns from strategy to delivery and reporting.
• Creator-First Strategy: develop and pitch creator-led strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging channels.
• Integrated Performance Amplification: collaborate with paid social and creative teams to drive measurable impact.
• Talent Relations & Commercial Rigour: manage relationships, contracts, licensing, and budgets with legal/client teams.
• Creative Guidance & Brand Safety: ensure quality, ASA/CAP compliance and brand safety.
• Cultural Relevance & Trend Scouting: spot internet moments and opportunities for clients.
