Job summary

Four Stroke Media LTD is an independent influencer marketing agency working with brands and creators across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for an Influencer Campaign Manager who enjoys bringing a campaign together, helping choose creators, negotiating partnerships and guiding work from brief to launch.

Your focus is looking after clients and running their campaigns, understanding goals, keeping them informed and recommending next steps.

Qualifications

• Experience running creator campaigns with deadlines, budgets and multiple projects.
• Clear communication with clients, creators and agents, including negotiation.
• Eye for content/audience fit across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok with data support.
• Honesty, initiative and proactive updates to the team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Get to know each client’s brand, audience and goals and turn briefs into a campaign plan.
• Find creators, build shortlists and explain why selections fit the brief.
• Negotiate fees, deliverables and usage rights; support managed talent with opportunities.
• Manage briefs, content reviews, revisions and live dates to meet the brief.
• Be the day-to-day client contact, provide updates and recommend next steps.
• Keep budgets and campaign trackers up to date for invoicing and payments.
• Turn results into opportunities for growth and new business outreach.
