Job summary

Artis Recruitment Ltd is seeking a commercially minded HR Business Partner for a national education sector client. The role is remote-first with travel to the HQ in Gloucestershire and occasional trips to other UK locations.

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver people solutions, coach managers and drive cultural initiatives, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing and coaching skills.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to people challenges.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR delivery.
• Ideally, experience within education or a related people-focused environment.
