Job summary

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a national education sector organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner. This remote-first role involves partnering with senior leaders, delivering practical HR solutions and shaping the people strategy.

You will coach managers, support development and engagement, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The role requires relationship-building, pragmatic problem solving and experience in HR business partnering.
