Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Head of Data & Analytics for a remote-first UK role with occasional travel to a South West head office. You will own the data platform modernization, leading a team of data engineers and analysts, and ensure data governance and self-serve BI across commercial teams.

You'll migrate an on-premise warehouse to Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric) and align data strategy with business KPIs, delivering fast, reliable Power BI insights while maintaining strong governance and a clear,

Qualifications

Experience leading data engineering, analytics or data platform teams.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft data stack (Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, Power BI).
Migration or modernization experience is a plus.
Leadership and career development focus.

Responsibilities

Define data strategy aligned with business priorities and digital transformation.
Lead and develop a team of data engineers and analysts with clear goals.
Own the enterprise data platform architecture on Azure (Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric).
Oversee migration of on-prem warehouse to cloud
Establish data governance and stewardship programs.
Make Power BI fast and self-serve for commercial teams.
