TRIA are supporting a high-profile organisation in West London in the search for a Data Engineering Lead to transform how data is used across the business. This senior, hands-on role offers genuine ownership and influence over data strategy.

You will own the data platform and Snowflake environment, design scalable pipelines, improve data quality and governance, and shape the long-term data roadmap with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on Data Engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Experience with Snowflake and scalable data platforms.
• Expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and best practices.
• Experience mentoring or leading team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform and Snowflake environment.
• Design, build and optimise data pipelines and integrations.
• Improve data quality, reliability, performance and monitoring.
• Unify fragmented data into a scalable, trusted data ecosystem.
• Define data architecture, governance and security controls.
• Shape long-term data roadmap with senior technology leadership.
• Collaborate with third-party partners as data ownership moves in-house.
