Job summary

Fanvue is a fast-growing creator monetisation platform that is AI-enabled and creator-first. We are scaling growth and seeking a systems-level Growth Operator to own end-to-end acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation, spanning marketing and product surfaces.

You will report to the COO and co-founder with full P&L ownership, guiding the growth engine toward a $250M+ run-rate in year one. Remote-first, flexible holidays, and AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• Growth operator with end-to-end systems experience across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
• Fluent in activation funnels, retention curves, monetisation mechanics, and channel economics.
• Strong analytical depth with attribution and experiment interpretation.
• Experience leading cross-functional growth teams (PM, Engineering, Data, Growth Marketing).

Responsibilities

• Own paid and organic acquisition end-to-end for creators and fans.
• Build and manage the full channel portfolio (YouTube, SEM, paid social, podcasts, affiliates).
• Replace LTV:CAC triangulation with a real multi-touch attribution model.
• Own the growth marketing P&L and lead US market expansion.
• Own creator activation and conversion at every stage.
• Build Growth org from scratch with dashboards, testing frameworks, and scalable systems.
