Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience.
• Experience collaborating across time zones and geographies, with a flexible working style.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills with modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with globally distributed teams.
• Proven project management experience to prioritize and deliver on multiple initiatives.
• Leadership experience across multiple teams, including hiring, mentoring, and development.
• Coaching and mentoring for ICs and peers to improve performance.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Hands-on experience with scalable frontend and backend applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Manage and develop engineering staff, including regular feedback and career growth.
• Define, implement, and improve engineering practices and delivery processes.
• Oversee roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies with product and design teams.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with the Tech Lead throughout development life cycle.
• Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Stay current with new tools and methodologies and drive innovation.
• Promote transparency and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure ownership and accountability for product quality and customer outcomes.
