Job summary

Wade Macdonald is seeking a Finance Manager / Controller SME for a fully remote UK-based role. The candidate should be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with audit and financial control experience, ideally with IFRS 15/16 exposure.

UK-based, with occasional on-site meetings in the UK. You will oversee accounting operations, lead month-end close, and drive financial strategy within a growing division.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with audit/controls experience.
• Strong IFRS reporting knowledge and internal controls.
• Experience accounting for multi-entities and group reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, consolidation, and statutory reporting.
• Manage audits, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Coordinate reporting to parent company and senior management.
