Job summary

Sleek in the UK is seeking a Fully-qualified accountant to run a UK SME portfolio end-to-end, preparing year-end accounts, corporation tax, VAT returns, and management accounts, with oversight of a distributed team. You will review the team's work, coach staff, and explain accounts to business owners in plain terms, ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS and 5+ years UK practice, plus 150+ SME portfolio experience, are required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS with UK practice experience.
• 5+ years in UK accounting practice, including portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of UK statutory accounts (FRS 102/105) and tax basics.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end UK SME portfolio: year-end accounts, CT, VAT, and management accounts.
• Review and coach team work to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Explain accounts to business owners in plain terms and drive client satisfaction.
