Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a proactive Search Consultant to help grow the National Advice arm (QFA). The role focuses on engaging Pension & Investment advisers, guiding applicants, and collaborating with the Regional Director to expand the adviser network.

You will use LinkedIn and a CRM to manage candidate workflow, develop business plans with new recruits, and maintain a high standard of candidate care while aligning with risk and compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how different adviser models work (employed vs self-employed).
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Ability to articulate a proposition and outline benefits clearly.
• Strong presentation skills and IT capabilities with LinkedIn and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and nurture prospective Restricted Financial Planners to join QFA.
• Source high-quality recruits and guide them through the application journey.
• Maintain recruitment data in Workable CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support adviser population growth and build strong relationships across the business.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with Risk and Compliance requirements.
