Job summary

Quilter plc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Director within Recruitment & Establishment to lead the recruitment and retention of Appointed Representatives and Registered Individuals. This homebased role focuses on ensuring excellent customer outcomes and governs risk and quality in all recruitment decisions.

You will build and maintain relationships with new Members, negotiate contracts and rate reviews, and collaborate with Quilter Cheviot, UK Platform, and Operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience constructing recruitment packages for advisers and principals.
• Solid understanding of distribution, wholesaling arrangements and point-of-sale systems.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements in risk-managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain key ARs and RIs.
• Identify, contact, interview, assess and select prospective Members and manage offers.
• Renegotiate contracts at review points and manage rate reviews.
• Maintain knowledge of Quilter's technology and processes (Membership Contract, Recruitment, Sales, Training, FSA requirements).
