Job summary

Quilter plc in the UK is seeking a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice qualified Financial Planner to join our Distribution - Financial Planning team on a permanent, fully remote basis. The role provides remote financial advice to existing and new clients via Teams or phone, with occasional face-to-face as needed.

You will support strategic initiatives in the National, conduct annual reviews, retirement planning, investment and protection advice, and referrals to specialists.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Financial Services industry and extensive background in Financial Planning.
• Level 4 diploma in Financial Advice is essential.
• Excellent, clear communicator with client focus and care.
• Adaptable by nature; professional and ethical.
• Disciplined delivery of advice with KPI reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide predominantly remote financial advice to existing and new clients via Teams or telephone, with occasional face-to-face as required.
• Support strategic National initiatives with focus on movement of back book assets under advice.
• Follow procedures including annual reviews, pre- and post-retirement advice, investment and protection advice, referrals to specialists.
• Identify financial requirements and recommend suitable investment and advice vehicles to support clients' financial goals.
• Carry out annual reviews and address more complex needs, providing appropriate advice or referrals.
• Collaborate with the QFA team to advance Quilter's priorities: Grow with customers, Enhance Efficiencies, Embrace Digital, Be a responsible Wealth Manager, Consumer Duty.
