Job summary

Quilter Financial Planning is recruiting an ambitious Financial Adviser at the start of their career. The role focuses on client relationships, following up leads, and working with a supportive team to deliver great outcomes.

You will receive comprehensive training, paraplanning support, and access to quality leads while progressing toward an advisory career with mentoring from experienced advisers. Office presence is weekly.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the firm's continued growth by:

• Taking over and managing clients passed across by senior advisers.
• Building relationships with existing ad hoc clients and identifying opportunities to transition them to ongoing service arrangements.
• Following up and converting qualified leads generated through established referral partnerships.
• Working closely with a network of mortgage and protection advisers who regularly introduce prospective clients.
• Developing business from a strong wills and estate planning referral source.
• Conducting client meetings primarily over the phone, with occasional use of Microsoft Teams.
