First Military Recruitment are seeking a JMB47 Field Service Engineer for work across the South of the UK, primarily remote around the M4 corridor. The role suits a graduate or junior engineer with electrical, mechanical or engineering background and a willingness to learn.

You will install, maintain and repair specialist security equipment including hydraulic bollards and road blockers, traveling between customer sites and completing reports to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical, mechanical or engineering fields.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and systems.
• Willingness to learn and hands-on problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned maintenance, installations and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults.
• Plan daily schedule and travel between sites across the South of the UK.
• Maintain stock of spare parts and liaise with customers on-site.
• Complete clear service reports and work safely.
• Work independently while supporting the engineering team.
• Take part in call-out rota and overtime when required.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
