95% of work involves construction sites installing and maintaining CCTV and wireless detection devices for site offices and perimeters, with a flexible calendar and some autonomy as you progress.

• Over time, operate independently on scheduled service jobs across construction sites, with ownership of the role.

The company are a specialist security provider delivering monitored alarm and CCTV systems to construction sites and void properties across the Midlands and South West / South East of England.

They have an opening for a hands-on field engineer to join their small, close-knit team.

You'll begin with a 1–2-month structured training period working alongside an experienced engineer before taking on your own schedule independently.

As the role progresses you will have a flexible calendar of service jobs / tasks that will be partially self-managed allowing for flexibility and ownership of the role.

95% of the work is on construction sites installing and maintaining CCTV and wireless detection devices for the site office, compound and site perimeter.
