Workato is seeking a Field CTO—an executive-level technology leader who will partner with CIOs/CTOs at Fortune 500 customers and shape enterprise AI adoption at scale. You will influence decisions on budgets, transformation, and platform investments, acting as the principal technology voice for our most strategic accounts.

Qualifications
- Enterprise CIO/CTO experience at a Fortune 500/Global 2000 organization.
- 15+ years of senior technology leadership with C-suite exposure.
- Proven capacity to present to Boards and executive committees on strategy.
- Deep fluency in enterprise integration, data platforms, and cloud architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive engagements with top strategic accounts and run briefings and architecture reviews.
- Present AI execution strategy and governance to boards, aligning business and technology stakeholders.
- Accelerate strategic deals and expand the scope of opportunities with executive sponsorship.
- Advise on enterprise AI adoption, governance models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Translate field signals into input for roadmap priorities and product strategy.
- Coach teams on executive engagement and build scalable frameworks for the field motion.
