Job summary

Workato is hiring a Field CTO to be the most senior technology voice to our largest customers, prospects, and the market. You will be a peer to CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs at Fortune 500 accounts, owning multi‑year transformation budgets and boardroom‑level decisions that shape enterprise AI and automation at scale.

You will translate Workato's platform vision into executive strategy, influence product roadmaps, and help customers accelerate adoption while balancing governance.

Qualifications

• Experience as CIO/CTO at a Fortune 500/Global 2000 with ownership of transformation at scale.
• Commercial executive experience selling into Fortune 500, especially iPaaS, AI/ML, cloud platforms.
• 15+ years in senior technology leadership, including 5+ years at the C-suite.
• Fluency in enterprise integration, AI, data platforms, cloud architecture.
• Strong executive storytelling and boardroom presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagements with boards and senior IT leaders.
• Shape transformation roadmaps and governance for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Influence product strategy based on field signals and executive feedback.
• Represent Workato at industry events and executive forums.
