Job summary

Bell Integration is seeking a Field CTO in the UK, hybrid role requiring presence in Bell offices at least two days a week with customer travel as needed. You will provide executive-level technology leadership across AI First initiatives and engage strategic customers to shape roadmaps, align innovation with business outcomes and accelerate adoption of Bell’s offerings.

The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience across AI, data, cloud and security, with strong consulting and advisory

Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience in complex enterprise environments, able to advise across AI, data, cloud, automation, infra and security.
• Strong executive-level engagement and advisory capability, translating priorities into strategic options and outcomes.
• Experience supporting strategic sales pursuits, account planning, transformation roadmaps or proposition development.
• Ability to identify repeatable demand patterns and translate customer insight into roadmap priorities and reusable IP.
• Strong commercial awareness to qualify where Field CTO involvement adds value and influences pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Support high-value strategic pursuits and executive customer conversations, translating goals into clear technology direction and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic technology advice across Bell’s priority sectors, incorporating industry context into planning and roadmaps.
• Capture customer signals and provide feedback to Product CTO and Product & Service Design.
• Identify repeatable use cases and propositions that become reusable Bell capability and reference architectures.
• Sponsor lighthouse customers and develop Customer Zero-to-customer narratives for AI First adoption.
• Provide market and industry insight to inform portfolio decisions, go-to-market messaging and propositions.
