You will visit customers, run site surveys, and collaborate with internal engineering to shape commercial solutions, while maintaining long-term partnerships and achieving sales targets across blue-chip customers.

Qualifikationen

• Proven technical B2B sales experience with a track record of developing and winning new business.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, ideally involving bespoke or engineered products.
• Strong commercial awareness, communication, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and organised; comfortable traveling regularly.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Aufgaben

• Grow new business while maintaining and developing existing customer relationships as a Technical Sales Engineer.
• Own an allocated UK territory and take responsibility for sales performance and agreed targets as a Technical Sales Engineer.
• Visit customers and prospects to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Carry out technical site surveys, including accurate measurements, then translate findings into practical proposals and commercial solutions.
• Manage enquiries and quotations through to order, ensuring clear follow-up and confident negotiation.
• Keep accurate sales records, maintain opportunity tracking, and provide realistic forecasts while working closely with the internal sales team to maximise appointment flow.
