Corriculo Ltd. is seeking a Field Applications Scientist to support customers remotely across the UK and Europe. You will install, onboard, and train users on advanced imaging workflows, guiding researchers through experiments and data analysis while troubleshooting issues.

The role requires strong scientific communication, customer-facing experience, and willingness to travel. You will contribute to training materials, product feedback, and customer success in a fast-growing microscopy group.

Qualifications

• PhD, MSc or equivalent hands-on experience in Cell Biology, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.
• Practical expertise in advanced fluorescence microscopy or similar analytical technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex experimental challenges and translate findings for customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scientific resource for customers after instrument installation.
• Guide onboarding, training, and ongoing use of advanced imaging workflows.
• Troubleshoot sample prep, image acquisition, and data analysis with service and product teams.
• Identify customers needing adoption support and implement corrective plans to aid renewals.
• Develop training materials and knowledge resources to scale the support function and provide customer insights to product teams.
