Job summary

Nofence Grazing Technology is seeking a Sales and Support Specialist to help farmers discover the benefits of virtual fencing and maximise value from the Nofence system.

The role blends sales, customer service and technical support. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, handle inquiries, provide practical guidance, and support the UK and Ireland operations with occasional travel to farms and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or a customer-facing role.
• Understanding of agriculture, livestock or pasture management would help.
• Willingness to learn new products and systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales enquiries by telephone, email and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert opportunities into orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
• Explain how Nofence meets farming needs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
