Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to deliver training and field support for Massey Ferguson products across the dealer network and end users. The role reports to the Sales Support Manager and operates remotely from Stoneleigh, Warwickshire.

The candidate should drive demonstrations, support events, and work closely with multiple internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in the sector, strong UK agricultural industry knowledge, and a valid UK

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK agricultural industry, including the operation and application of farm machinery.
• Proficiency with modern agricultural equipment and understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and perform with minimal supervision.
• Valid full UK driving licence; tractor and telehandler licences are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on Massey Ferguson products to dealers and end users at events and on-site.
• Deliver professional demonstrations to the public and end users and coordinate with sales engineering and product teams.
• Offer face-to-face and remote support to dealers and end users to address queries and provide advice.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction; support MF Technology product take rate.
• Gather market insights and help develop product strategies to improve MF internal sales staff knowledge.
