Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and secure retained executive search assignments.
• Build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, MDs, board directors and owners.
• Win exclusive retained search mandates through consultative sales and strategic conversations.
• Generate revenue through executive search and leadership hiring solutions.
• Manage client relationships and identify repeat and referral opportunities.
• Partner with colleagues to deliver board, leadership and C-suite appointments.
• Represent the business professionally at client meetings and events.
• Contribute to growth of the executive search practice domestically and internationally.
