Qualifications

• Minimum of three years working in a high quality contingent or executive search business with business development and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Desirable to have experience within SaaS, software or technology sectors.

Responsibilities

• Market mapping.
• Source potential candidates via LinkedIn.
• Guide candidates through interview process with negotiation at each stage.
• Develop professional relationships with businesses and generate leads.
• Autonomy over projects with mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
• Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage candidate experience through to onboarding.
• Maintain client-business lifecycle from instruction to completion.
