Job summary

Office Angels in City of London is seeking a Senior Marketing Sponsorship & Events Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is full-time with hybrid working: three days in the office and two at home.

You will lead planning and delivery of events and sponsorship initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, and drive measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end events, manage budgets, collaborate across marketing and sales, and develop content for

• Proven experience in events, sponsorship, marketing, or a related role.
• Track record of delivering events from planning through execution and evaluation.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets and collaborating with external suppliers and partners.
• Familiarity with event platforms such as Cvent or Zoom Webinar.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the annual events and sponsorship strategy.
• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging client and prospect experiences.
• Build strong relationships with regional teams to support local events.
• Effectively manage event budgets to ensure strong commercial outcomes and ROI.
• Source and manage venues, suppliers, and event technology partners.
• Coordinate registrations, communications, hospitality, and event logistics.
• Maximise sponsorship opportunities through activation and campaign support.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote events and sponsorship activities.
• Create content including invitations, emails, and promotional materials.
• Evaluate performance through post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
• Share best practices and contribute innovative ideas to improve events and marketing.
