Job summary

Dunwall Partners Ltd is seeking a high‑impact Business Development Manager to drive European adoption of premium architectural solutions. This home‑based role offers £80,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with an OTE of £120,000, and 1–2 days per month at the Glasgow office.

You'll identify major hospitality and commercial projects across Europe, build relationships with architects, designers, hotel groups and developers, and lead products from design to tender.

Qualifications

Proven B2B project sales experience in a specification-led environment.
A track record of selling premium products through architects, designers or developers.
Understanding of specification and tender processes.
Experience winning new business or opening new markets.
Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe.
Background in hospitality fit-out, architectural products, commercial interiors, modular construction or building products (nice to have).

Responsibilities

Identify major hospitality and commercial projects across Europe.
Build relationships with architects, designers, hotel groups, developers and contractors.
Get the product specified at design stage and support it through tender and procurement.
Build a pipeline from scratch and help shape the market entry strategy.
Represent the business at key industry events.
