Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementations, upgrades and improvement programmes in a fully remote role. You will own the delivery lifecycle, coordinating customers, consultants, technical teams and governance to achieve successful go-lives.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting and stakeholder management, with familiarity across Epicor Kinetic, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle or SAP Business One.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP project management experience.
• End-to-end ERP delivery from planning to go-live.
• Experience with multiple ERP platforms including Epicor, JD Edwards, Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle or SAP B1.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP implementations from initiation through go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, data specialists and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple ERP projects and competing priorities.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions early.
• Lead customer project meetings and provide clear updates.
• Manage changes to scope and ensure they are costed and approved.
• Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and training workstreams.
• Oversee UAT, defect resolution and customer sign-off.
