Chapman Tate Associates are seeking a Senior Epicor Consultant / Team Lead to lead a growing consultancy practice in a fully remote role. You will deliver expert-level Epicor solutions while mentoring a team across multiple client engagements, with a focus on Finance-led ERP transformations.

This leadership position requires hands-on Epicor expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive ERP delivery from strategy through execution.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Epicor ERP (Kinetic / 10 / 11).
• Finance or Finance-led ERP environments essential.
• Extensive consultancy experience within ERP implementation or optimisation.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team of consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Senior Epicor Consultants across multiple client projects
• Oversee end-to-end Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimisation programmes
• Act as a key client-facing consultant, providing expert guidance on Finance-led ERP processes
• Translate complex business and financial requirements into effective Epicor solutions
• Ensure best practice across configuration, design, and delivery standards
• Support project governance, risk management, and delivery assurance
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team capability
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape solution strategy and delivery approach

Chapman Tate Associates are delighted to be partnering with a leading Epicor Partner who are seeking an experienced Senior Epicor Consultant / Team Lead to join their growing consultancy practice.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will not only deliver expert-level Epicor solutions but also take responsibility for leading and mentoring a team of Senior Consultants across multiple client engagements.

As Senior Epicor Consultant (Team Lead), you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex ERP implementations and optimisations, with a strong focus on financial and operational transformation. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring your team delivers high-quality, scalable Epicor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Senior Epicor Consultants across multiple client projects
• Oversee end-to-end Epicor ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimisation programmes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controls within ERP systems

• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on delivery level
