Job summary

Qualifications

5 years’ experience in a Project or Service Delivery role at Team Lead / Manager level.
Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, ideally Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, customer priorities and delivery teams.
Strong customer-facing experience across discovery, UAT, go-lives and post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

Critical operational leadership role, sitting between the Team Leaders and COO and responsible for the day-to-day stability, quality and consistency of the Service Delivery function.
Lead and support Team Leaders across multiple delivery teams, ensuring they have the resources, clarity and support needed to deliver projects effectively.
Oversee resource allocation, utilisation and workload across the Service Delivery teams, identifying potential bottlenecks and capacity issues before they impact customers.
Act as the first point of escalation for internal and customer delivery issues, providing quick solutions to stabilise situations and minimise disruption.
