Zoom is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will work with customers, Account Executives, and Engineering to ensure the best use of Zoom Workplace and related products.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and advocate for customer priorities while coordinating across product, engineering, and support teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, ideally TAM or escalation engineer.
• Strong enterprise communication and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of IP telephony, SIP, H.323, codecs, and network troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary technical subject-matter expert on Zoom architecture and collaboration suite.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and deliver tailored recommendations across Zoom Workplace.
• Drive complex escalations to timely resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve operations with Zoom solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and CSMs to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.
• Manage and prioritize technical feature requests on behalf of customers.
