Job summary

ECS Resource Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global enterprise software engagements on a six-month contract. You will drive delivery, ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and high customer satisfaction across delivery teams.

You will establish governance, manage risks, and coordinate with Customer, Account, Services Sales, and PMO. Proficiency with OpenAir and Microsoft Project is essential, with PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL qualifications preferred.

• Experience leading software delivery projects in enterprise environments.
• Ability to establish governance and stakeholder communications.
• Proven track record delivering on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management deliverables per Excellence playbook.
• Establish and execute project governance with Customer, Account, Services Sales and PMO.
• Ensure internal stakeholders stay informed with status reporting and dashboards.
• Define success factors with the Customer early in engagement and maintain them.
• Lead governance meetings with stakeholders to review key project information.
• PMO administration: setup in OpenAir, forecast revenue, manage costs and margins.
• Manage transition from Sales to Delivery, review SOWs, and roadmap with Customer.
• Coordinate resource management for delivery.
