Youth Sport Trust is seeking a creative Programme Officer to lead the Enrichment Expansion Programme (EEP). Based home-based with 1–2 days per week in Loughborough, this full-time fixed-term role runs until March 2029, focusing on developing resources, learning and support for schools.

You will work with schools, Enrichment Coordinators and partners to share effective practice, coordinate webinars and events, and turn insights into practical solutions that improve enrichment opportunities for
