Hitachi Energy UK Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead technical design, tendering, and execution of high-value substation projects in Europe. The role spans offshore and onshore work with multi-country teams and requires strong leadership and engineering excellence.

• Requires degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years in power systems engineering (HV/MV).
• Experience leading large-scale tenders or projects and coordinating multi-country teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical support for tendering and execution phases of customer projects.
• Develop HV/MV/LV power supply system architecture and perform sizing calculations.
• Serve as technical lead for engineering design across multi-country units and teams.
• Coordinate with sales, tender management, project management, and site teams.
• Prepare procurement specifications and coordinate with Supply Chain for materials and services.
• Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities throughout projects.
