Job summary

Hireful Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for a remote-first role, delivering CRM and data transformation programmes for leading wealth management clients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to shape how delivery scales, with autonomy to drive change across complex tech projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within the Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services landscape.
• Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes)
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead client programmes and work with senior stakeholders
• Influence how the delivery model scales across projects
• Drive delivery from CRM implementations to end-to-end digital transformation
• Shape and implement the delivery strategy for high-value tech projects
