Settlement Agreement Solicitors is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) for remote working in the UK. You will advise employees facing redundancy, disciplinary issues, or workplace disputes on settlement agreements and related matters.

You will work with senior solicitors to develop expertise in settlement agreements, while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in employment law and settlement agreements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong client-facing communication and advisory skills.

Responsibilities
