Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with England & Wales practice
• Experience in settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal or discrimination
• Strong client-service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on settlement terms, both verbally and in writing
• Negotiate favorable terms for clients, including financial and non-financial aspects
• Create exit strategies for settlement arrangements
• Provide empathetic, expert guidance and support to clients
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain a 5-star service standard
