Job summary

Settlement Agreement Solicitors is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) for a remote UK-based role. You will support employees facing redundancy, disciplinary issues, or potential exits, delivering expert settlement guidance with a strong client-centric approach.

You will work with senior solicitors to deepen expertise in settlement agreements, while enjoying a generous salary and a flexible, growth-oriented environment as the firm expands under a new brand launching in late 2026.

Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor (England & Wales) from newly qualified upwards.
• Experience with settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal or discrimination is desirable.
• Strong client service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on the terms and effects of their settlement agreement, over the phone and in writing.
• Negotiate favourable terms for clients, including financial and non-financial aspects.
• Create exit strategies for employees seeking a settlement.
• Provide empathetic, expert advice and maintain client confidentiality.
• Work with senior solicitors to deepen expertise in settlement agreements.
