Settlement Agreement Solicitors is seeking an Employment Solicitor (NQ+) to join a fast-growing UK firm that focuses on settlement agreements. You'll advise employees facing redundancy, disciplinary issues, or workplace disputes, delivering practical legal guidance with empathy and clarity.

You will work with experienced solicitors and mentors, handle settlement negotiations, and help clients secure favorable terms while upholding exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor (England & Wales), from newly qualified upwards.
• Experience with settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal or discrimination is desirable.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees on the terms and effects of their settlement agreement, by phone and in writing.
• Negotiate favorable financial and non-financial terms for clients.
• Create exit strategies for employees seeking a settlement.
• Provide empathetic guidance and high-quality technical work.
• Maintain focus on delivering exceptional client experience and 5-star reviews.
