Qualifications

• Must be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with employment law experience.
• Experience with settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal or discrimination is desirable.
• Salary will reflect experience and responsibilities.
• Attitude to learn and commitment to client service are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Advising employees on settlement terms and effects, both verbally and in writing.
• Negotiating the best terms for clients, including financial and non-financial aspects.
• Creating exit strategies for employees seeking a settlement.
• Treating clients with care, empathy and technical excellence.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience and aiming for 5-star reviews.
• Operate within a fast-growth scale-up while maintaining the firm’s top standing.
