Hft is seeking an experienced People Advisor / Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Operations team. You will provide expert advice and support to managers across the organisation, handling a high-volume, active caseload in a fast-paced environment while upholding fairness, quality and compliance.

You will apply strong employment law knowledge to complex cases, coach managers, investigate where needed and ensure accurate documentation and data protection across all casework.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in an employee relations advisory role.
• Experience handling high-volume caseloads end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application.
• Experience in workplace investigations.
• Ability to coach managers and improve capability.

• Manage a high-volume caseload of employee relations matters independently.
• Provide clear, practical, and legally sound advice on disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness absence.
• Support managers through investigations, formal meetings and outcomes.
• Balance competing priorities and meet deadlines while ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners to deliver a consistent approach.
