Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection is seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. This home-based role covers Europe with 50% travel, aiming to expand market share for Dry Ice Manufacturing Systems across food processing, 3PL, pharma and related markets.

You will spearhead end-to-end growth strategy, build senior-level relationships, and drive opportunities using networks, calls, and campaigns. English fluency required; other European languages preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of solution selling in capital equipment.
• Experience selling to food processing or industrial gas sectors.
• Fluent in English; another European language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-priority verticals and geographies for BD in EMEA.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex industrial systems.
• Build relationships from shop floor to C-suite across key accounts.
• Negotiate national industrial contracts and presentations for acquisitions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales with capabilities.
• Maintain pipeline and real-time forecasting and reporting.
