Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced EMEA Associate Director, Business Development to drive new opportunities across the region. You will hunt high-value partnerships and build executive-level relationships while shaping territory strategies for Lonza's biologics and ADC service offerings.

In this fully remote role (up to 50% travel), you will lead cross‑functional teams, manage the sales pipeline, and influence development and manufacturing discussions to deliver mutual value.

Qualifications

Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
Experience generating and growing strategic partnerships in pharma/biotech/CDMO industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective customers and identifying strategic partnership opportunities across the region.
Create and execute a territory growth plan, identify opportunities and lead engagements from lead qualification to deal closure.
Build trusted relationships across customer organisations, from technical stakeholders to executive leadership.
