Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director-level Estimating professional with proven Water sector experience to work across the South East and Midlands regions. The role includes leading complex cost plans, developing estimating practices, and supporting major programmes for national and international clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
• Experience of working with estimating software packages.
• Experience in the Water sector is essential.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for Water sector projects/programmes.
• Promote estimating best practice in line with Estimating Vision 2030.
• Take regional ownership and help achieve regional goals.
• Ensure delivery aligns with departmental objectives and client needs.
• Keep abreast of developments in estimating and cost management; mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with Directors to construct bids for new work; interface with clients and consultants.
