Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director-level Estimating professional with proven Water sector experience to work across the South East and Midlands in the UK. You will lead the production of estimates, cost plans and cost intelligence for major programmes, supporting regional growth and interfacing with clients and other consultants.

Qualifications

• Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
• Experience with estimating software packages.
• Desirable membership of RICS / CIOB / A Cost E.
• Experience on Major Programmes and Projects in the Water sector is essential.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or manage the production of accurate estimates and cost plans for water sector projects/programmes.
• Promote estimating best practice within Turner & Townsend as per Estimating Vision 2030.
• Lead regionally to achieve departmental objectives and regional goals.
• Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
• Develop junior team members and seek cross-selling opportunities.
