CloudPay is seeking a motivated UK Payroll Stabilisation Specialist to join our stabilisation team. You will process payrolls for multiple UK clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while resolving queries and supporting colleagues.

The role requires knowledge of UK payroll regulations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK end-to-end payroll processing and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and email tools.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and delivering accurate payrolls.
• Experience in a payroll bureau is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Process multiple UK payrolls accurately and on time.
• Provide support to stabilisation team members.
• Review and validate payroll input and output data.
• Investigate discrepancies and correct payroll errors.
• Respond to payroll queries via ticketing and email systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.
• Act as backup to other stabilisation team members during absences.
