Job summary

CloudPay in the United Kingdom is seeking an Integration Specialist to learn and manage integration projects for client payroll systems. You will collaborate with clients, test teams, and internal stakeholders to implement new integration functionality using CloudPay connectors such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle and/or XML data files.

You will lead kick-off calls, oversee testing, and help ensure go-live readiness, with a focus on data quality, timely delivery, and smooth production

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR and payroll integration projects for clients.
• Ability to guide stakeholders and manage expectations throughout deployments.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client integration kick-off calls and define integration scope and timelines.
• Deliver and coordinate integration projects using connectors (e.g., Workday, Oracle) and XML files.
• Provide analysis and guidance on integration architecture and testing results.
• Coordinate go-live activities and hypercare support for production roll-out.
