Job summary

T2M Resourcing are expanding their HR consultancy team and seeking a Junior HR Business Partner in the United Kingdom. The role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience, working closely with an Senior HR Business Partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR or related administration role is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practices.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support for our client base.
• Assist with employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to terminations.
• Shadow complex ER issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain client HRIS data and records.
• Support internal projects and administration tasks.
• Handle client queries and maintain professional communication.
• Stay updated on employment law and market changes.
